The purpose of the computer science and information technology course is to enable students to learn knowledge and practical skills of advanced information systems, to harmonize and/or cooperate ICT with manufacturing technology toward realizing Smart society, and to support and contribute to our society.
Our society is rapidly changing. All people and devices are connected via the internet in the future. People can then share various knowledge and information. Artificial intelligence (AI) will enable to provide necessary information at the right time. It is also expected that various social problems, such as declining birth rate and aging, local depopulation, and the gap between rich and poor, are overcome through innovation utilizing information technology (IT).
Our course provides a wide range of subjects including AI, cyber physical system, mathematical information science, software creation, computer network and computer science in order to develop students with high skill and practical ability. Our students are strongly expected to contribute to the society as software engineer to create new value. We are also challenging advanced research topics to create new technologies,
We accept foreign students as full-time graduate students. We have a special entrance examination for foreign students. Those who willing to take the examination are advised to contact to our faculty member before submitting application document to the university. The foreign student office provides information about scholarship.
